Fourjay Farms is a proud family partnership comprising Basil and Jean Baldwin, along with their daughter Carolyn and her husband Dave – together they are the ‘4J’s’.

We grow, harvest, process and produce premium hazelnut products at Forest Reefs near Orange in the Central West of New South Wales and we are passionate about ensuring that every step of the process upholds the highest standards of quality and freshness. 

Our orchards are planted on rich soils of volcanic origin and the climate is one of cool to cold winters and warm summers – creating ideal conditions for hazelnut cultivation.

We focus on nurturing healthy trees to yield a health giving product, operating in a socially responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
