Fourjay Farms is a proud family partnership comprising of Basil and Jean Baldwin and Carolyn and Dave Stansfield that was established in 2004.

Located in Forest Reefs in the Central West of New South Wales, we grow, harvest, process and produce premium hazelnut products at our farms. We are passionate about ensuring that every step of the process upholds the highest standards of quality and freshness. 

Our orchards are planted in rich, deep volcanic soils and the cool to cold winters and warm summers create ideal conditions for hazelnut cultivation.

We focus on nurturing healthy trees to yield a nutritious and health giving product, operating in a socially responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
